After purchasing credits with us, users will receive an email containing their login credentials. These credentials allow them to access their personal account for managing their Virtual Workspace. In this account, users can view real-time data related to their rented Virtual Workspace, including the number of contracted hours, as well as the hours consumed and remaining.
Please note that user access details will be sent exclusively to the email address provided during the service subscription process.
Users will not have the ability to change their account username or password. If a user loses access to their credentials due to theft or loss of a device, they should contact our support team to request a password reset and reissuance.
