How to Gift Credits #
Our customers have the flexibility to gift credits and subscriptions for using our services whenever they wish. The process is straightforward:
Purchase Credits: Customers can make a conventional purchase, as explained in the “How to purchase credits for using the virtual workspaces” section. They can comfortably and securely pay using the accepted payment methods outlined in our “Payment Methods” section.
Share Access: Once the user has recharged credits under their name, they can request that remote access to the Virtual Workspaces be shared with another user via email or phone number. Our sales agents will promptly provide the access credentials to their friend, family member, or colleague.
