Legal and Security Aspects #
Users can install all types of software as long as they have the necessary permissions and licenses to do so. It is also important that the software fully complies with all sections of our Terms and Conditions.
Technical Aspects #
Users must have enough space in their Virtual Workspaces to install software. They also need to have the necessary peripherals to control each program, such as a mouse, keyboard, graphic tablet, and any other necessary devices. In addition, users should be aware of the hardware limitations of the remote device they are using at the time to understand when they need to scale the capacity of their Virtual Workspace, as explained in the Switching Between Different Workstations section.

Users can rely on the support of our specialized team. However, we cannot guarantee that we can solve all problems related to software that is owned by the user. Nevertheless, our team will do everything possible to provide support and help resolve issues.
