If users encounter any issues before, during, or after installing software on their Virtual Workspace, or with our proprietary software that is pre-installed, they can always contact our support team. Our team will provide a timely solution to their problem.
There are some considerations that users should keep in mind. Our support team and none of our sales representatives can access their private session without their prior authorization. In addition, the user will need to install a remote assistance program like Team Viewer for our team to assist with their request, otherwise, we will not be able to access their session.
In certain specific cases, and only when there exists a Windows user within the contracted Virtual Workspace that has been previously configured by our team, we may be able to access the system using that user. However, this session can rarely be kept open while the user has their session open on the remote Windows system. Whether our team can access a previously enabled support user or if we cannot do so and it is necessary for the user to share access with us through a remote assistance application, in both cases, the user will be notified in advance.
