Just as users can install all types of software in the same way they would on their own device, they can also uninstall these programs in the same manner. This can be done from the Control Panel section in Windows or if the program has an uninstall .exe file.
It’s important for users to perform the software uninstallation process within the Virtual Workspace. Some users may get confused during the process and may attempt to uninstall from their local machine. The correct procedure is for the user to perform the entire process from the Virtual Workspace, using any remote connection application of their preference, as explained in the Connecting and Disconnecting Sessions section.
In addition to this, our support team can also provide assistance needed to uninstall a software that the user has installed, as long as the user has the usage license and can give our support team access to their Virtual Workspace through an assistance application like Team Viewer.
