Users utilizing the service by purchasing credits (1 credit = 1 hour) can easily recharge their credits to continue using the service when they run out.
Before the user exhausts their total contracted credits, our sales team will contact them to inform them of the remaining time left in their session. At this point, the user can purchase additional credits to continue using the service. If the user is unable to respond to the notifications, our team will temporarily pause their remote access and provide a maximum of one (1) hour to recharge credits and continue their session.
If the user does not recharge additional credits within the granted additional time period, we will shut down their Virtual Workspace.
The user will need to purchase credits or subscriptions again to resume the service, and we do not guarantee the preservation of their information.
