In essence, it's like an online cyber café with super powerful machines (worth over $6,000).

What does it mean that I can browse the web on the US network without needing a VPN?

This means that anyone legally authorized to browse websites within the United States can use our Virtual Workspace to browse normally, as if from their own computer. You'll be surfing from a computer physically located within the United States, which helps prevent blocks and bans often associated with VPN usage.

Can I install my own software on the Virtual Workspace?

Yes, you can install your own software, provided you have a valid license. However, it's important to note that installing any software from Nintendo Co., Ltd. or third-party software to run Nintendo Co., Ltd. programs, including emulators, is not allowed. How can I control a Virtual Workspace from my own device?

You can control a Virtual Workspace using Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) on your Windows computer, or through various other remote desktop applications. Learn more about this in our article Connecting and Disconnecting Sessions.

How does the process of purchasing credits work in nubespecs?

The process is simple and does not require you to create an account or provide credit card information. Just contact our sales team, and they will provide you with access promptly. You can request access here or by emailing our sales team at sales@nubespecs.com.

What Internet connection is required to use nubespecs?

We recommend a fiber optic connection or 5G WiFi with at least 15Mbit/s for optimal performance. If you experience any connectivity issues during your session, please contact our support team at support@nubespecs.com.

What things are not allowed in the Virtual Workspace?

Activities considered illegal by US authorities, including but not limited to hate speech, any form of piracy, discriminatory acts, or activities that harm others, are not permitted. Mining is also not allowed. For more information, refer to the User Guidelines in our Terms and Conditions.

How can I transform my device into a high-end workstation or gaming station with Nubespecs?

It all starts with reserving credits or subscribing to our service. We provide you with everything you need to access the Virtual Workspace from your own device. You'll be able to control everything on your screen, operating system, and programs from our computers, without even realizing you're using a remote machine.

What software is available in the nubespecs Virtual Workspace?

Our Virtual Workspace includes licensed software for various purposes such as gaming, design, engineering, and architecture. This allows you to use professional software without the need to purchase expensive licenses, as we share these among multiple users. Each Workspace is completely private, and we manage the software availability for each user.

Can I transfer files from the Virtual Workspace to my computer or Mac?

Yes, depending on the remote desktop program you're using, you can transfer files between your workspace and personal computer. You can also download files and upload them to your cloud storage accounts at high speeds.
